This is my younger cousin Jerry. Jerry was borne Gerald John Juers, Jr, being the son of my uncle Gerry… But Gerry Jr was cared for by John Leahy, who was his mom’s 2nd husband, and he was adopted & took the Leahy name. He’s a charismatic, handsome, strapping 30-something year old, with a good heart (hardware included), good friends & an affinity for fishing… a true native of Long Island… I have never met Jerry except through Social Media & a phone call, but I hope to have drinks with him in person someday very soon…
