Amanda was born in New York, but has lived 97% of her life in California. Her mother, Joan Zawolik, had her right before the “Great Exodus of ’78”, when everyone seemed to leave Long Island at the same time. So as a toddler, she was a hysterical, getting into all kinds of fun trouble. She then traveled 2800 miles in the home-made, Partridge-family style but that Dad converted by himself, and wound up in Sacramento, where she lives today!
