Okay, the Birthdays calendar I was using isn’t doing it for me. The picture pop-up for each person was actually kinda cool, but it shows everything as a birthday, and for this site, we need stuff like anniversaries & dates of death or other milestones. So we’re switching back to the original calendar.
I’m still hoping for a more permanent calendar solution, because the one we have caused problems on the server, because it’s a “perpetual” calendar. I really just want one that’s just a 12-month, so I’ll keep shopping.
The problem with a perpetual calendar, apparently, is that every month of every year has its own “page”, so to speak… All those “pages” caused problems on the server, so my hosting company actually shut down my website until I could fix it. I deleted it because the developer never answered my request for support, but I’m hoping that now that the Calendar has been updated, it’ll work better… oh, what a work in progress!
